• Our buffet is only limit to two hours per session. Your dining session will start and end following the reservation time, not your time of arrival. Last order will be at 1.5 hour.

Please refer to the following policy:

Weekday/Weekend: A deposit is required for reservations of two (2) persons and above.

Only one buffet price is allowed per table; mixing different buffet packages is not permitted.

For bookings of 5 persons and above, or for reservation dates more than 14 days in advance, we will contact you via WhatsApp to collect the deposit.

Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance to allow us to make proper arrangements and place advance orders for fresh ingredients from Japan, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

No-shows without prior notice within 30 minutes of the reservation time will result in a forfeited deposit.

Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable ; therefore, we recommend rescheduling. If a refund is needed due to any inconvenience, we must be informed at least one day in advance.
